ATTENTION: During the first billing cycle for Fiscal Year 22 Real Estate Taxes, a few resident accounts were incorrectly underbilled based on the previous year’s real estate property assessments. After a comprehensive analysis, the City was able to identify all impacted accounts, distribute a supplemental bill in the amount due, and the City’s software vendor has since corrected the problem to avoid future billing issues. There will be no assessed penalties or fees for unpaid supplemental bills through June 30th, 2022.
